Charges for Renovation Permit at Potong Pasir Estate
Renovation Deposit
Renovation contractors are required to make a renovation deposit of $250 for each work in Potong Pasir and $350 for Lorong 8 Toa Payoh estates.
Note: Administration charges of $32.10 (inclusive of GST) will be charges for renovation application.
