Charges for Renovation Permit at Potong Pasir Estate
Renovation Deposit
Renovation contractors are required to make a renovation deposit of $250 for each work in Potong Pasir and $350 for Lorong 8 Toa Payoh estates.
Note: Administration charges of $16.05 (inclusive of GST) will be charges for renovation permit to replace windows
Administration charges of $32.10 (inclusive of GST) will be charges for other renovation work

The collection hours are:
Mondays to Fridays - 8am to 4pm
Saturdays - 8am to 12noon
Cash / Nets / Cheque / Visa Cards are accepted.
Payment by cheque should be made in payable to "The Town Council Potong Pasir".
